Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a creative mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their capabilities.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience in paid advertising across social media platforms is a plus.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns and content creation.
